As a Promotions Associate, you'll help bring promotional campaigns to life by introducing featured wireless products, engaging shoppers, and supporting promotional marketing initiatives. Every Promotions Associate receives hands-on training while developing communication, marketing, and professional sales skills in an active, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities of the Promotions Associate
- Represent a nationally recognized wireless provider during in-person promotions and community campaigns.
- Introduce featured products and promotions through engaging conversations that support sales growth.
- Help create an inviting promotional experience that encourages shoppers to learn more about current offers.
- Demonstrate wireless products while highlighting the features and benefits that matter most.
- Assist with promotional displays, campaign materials, and event preparation throughout the day.
- Work alongside fellow Promotions Associate team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.
- Stay informed on current promotions, featured products, and sales initiatives to confidently represent the brand.
- Continue developing presentation, communication, and professional sales skills as a Promotions Associate.
Qualifications of the Promotions Associate
- Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, events, marketing, promotions, or sales is helpful but not required.
- Outgoing personality and comfortable interacting with new people throughout the day.
- Positive attitude with the ability to stay engaged in a fast-moving environment.
- Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn new products and promotional campaigns.
- Interested in building long-term experience in promotions, marketing, and sales.
