Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Fuzzy's team and provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Good Bartenders should be able to create cocktails from our listed menu, have basic knowledge of classic cocktails, and be able to be innovative in order to exceed customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Experience as a bartender and/or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Capability to learn and use our POS system
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills required
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certifications (TABC/Food Handlers)
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $4.00 - $4.01 per hour
