We are seeking a Mechanical Designer to join our team at either the corporate Sparta, WI location or at our new facility in Winona, MN opening in fall of 2026!

Responsibilities:
- Create 3D models (Inventor) and 2D drawings of parts and assemblies
- Create product layout drawings
- Provide support for Inside Sales, Service and Production
- Create and maintain bill of materials utilizing our ERP system
- Work with Sales and Engineering on new product development
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
An exceptional candidate would have experience with Inventor, AutoCAD, and Revit. An Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design is preferred but not required.
