As we enter an exciting new season of growth, we are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN) who is passionate about developing leaders, building systems, and creating an exceptional clinical experience for our patients, caregivers, and referral partners.

Work Model: In-Person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· This can be a hybrid role and may require homecare visits, and/or on-the-road training as needed.

What You’ll Do:
You will provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical services while ensuring outstanding patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the clinical leadership team.
- Recruit, coach, and retain exceptional nurses.
- Oversee patient care delivery and clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts and federal home care regulations.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
- Drive clinical productivity and operational efficiency.
- Partner with referral sources and community healthcare organizations.
- Maintain survey readiness at all times.
- Develop systems that support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Home health leadership experience required.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts home care regulations.
- Experience with quality improvement and regulatory surveys.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
