We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Visiting Angels team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their private setting. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients while assisting with activities of daily living, providing meaningful and thoughtful companionship, and safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and food preparation.
- Providing medication reminders.
- Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises to enhance their physical well-being.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Reporting any changes in the client’s health or care needs to the appropriate staff.
- Provide customer service skills to ensure that clients receive dynamic and meaningful care.
Requirements
- Valid License as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- 1 or more years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or another home care agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and Visiting Angels team members.
- A commitment to providing high-quality client care with empathy and respect for client dignity.
