The Lead Triage Registered Nurse (Lead Triage RN), under the direction of the Director of Nursing and the clinical care team, serves as an integral member of the nursing leadership teams. The Lead Triage RN participates in administrative and organizational leadership activities, assesses patient needs, prioritizes according to urgency, provides evidence-based nursing advice and initiates, or directs care to the appropriate resources over the phone and through the electronic medical record (EMR) for CCI’s patient population.

Active RN license issued by the State of Maryland Board of Nursing or any state under the Nurse License Compact.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience, with acute care

Progressive leadership experience a plus.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills with experience documenting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Specific knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus.

Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity a plus.

Written and oral fluency in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
