Express is seeking Call Center Representatives for a Customer Service position in Irwin, PA!
We’re looking for professional and dependable individuals to join a customer support team assisting taxpayers and business owners with account inquiries. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous call center or customer service experience who enjoy helping others in a fast-paced environment.
Shift:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch
Training Schedule:
- Onsite training in Irwin for approximately 3 months
- Occasional training at an additional office location
Target Start Date:
Pay Rate:
- $16–$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Duties of the Call Center Representative:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with account-related questions
- Respond to email inquiries and perform outbound follow-up calls as needed
- Update account information and document interactions accurately
- Navigate multiple computer systems and internal databases
- Provide professional and courteous customer service in a high-volume environment
- Follow company procedures, policies, and security guidelines
- Other duties as required
Qualifications of the Call Center Representative:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and professionalism
- Reliability
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
