Our Locally owned establishment is looking for a full time Experienced cook with high volume experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with recent kitchen experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and waitstaff
- Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Hard-working, team player.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling policies and procedures
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge and ability to comply with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
