Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment repair. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial pools.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety, making necessary repairs or replacements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out maintenance tasks.
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain safe swimming conditions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Document service visits, including work performed and any recommendations for future maintenance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in pool care.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair.
- CPO certified required
- Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures and cleaning techniques.
- Previous experience as a service technician is preferred.
- Ability to effectively use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

- Knowledge of how to perform acid washes, mastic repair, coping repair, deck repair, etc., are a bonus and will be paid as a bonus on top of weekly rate.
