A-Level Powersports Technician

Pay and incentives
- Hourly or Flat Rate (based on experience)
- Efficiency-based hourly increases, calculated bi-weekly and based only on hours worked.
- Consistent technicians can earn an effective rate of $22 to $40+ per hour
- Overtime available during peak season
What you will be working on
- Motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft
- Diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and warranty work
- Pre-delivery inspections and accessory installations
- All work performed to OEM specifications
What we are looking for
- Proven A-level or strong B+ technician experience in powersports or a related field
- Ability to diagnose and repair independently
- Pride in clean, correct work
- Professional communication with the Shop Foreman and service advisors
- Personal hand tools required (shop provides specialty tools and equipment)
OEM certifications are a plus, but not required.
