Gorman Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced parts administrator. We are a family owned and operated business that has been selling and servicing specialty vehicles throughout New York State since 1981.

What will be your duties?
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm office hours.
- Receive parts orders over-the-counter, by phone, and by email.
- Order parts from various vendors at the best possible pricing and turnaround times.
- Work with in-house service department and supply parts for multiple jobs on a daily basis.
- Organize and maintain ~$1M parts inventory with accuracy.
- Coordinate and prepare shipping and receiving of parts.
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales.
The right candidate will have:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and demonstrate accuracy.
- Must have parts department experience.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be mature and professional.
- Fundamental automotive knowledge is preferred.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and source hard-to-find parts.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.'
