This role is a 75/25 split between the friendly "voice of the company" for our customers and assisting with essential day-to-day warehouse management duties. Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email or in person.
- Process customer orders, manage returns, and resolve complaints with a high level of professionalism.
- Update customers on their order status, shipping details, and back orders.
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and data in our company system.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
