Description of job:
SnapCare is seeking a highly motivated and patient‑focused Registered Nurse (RN) to provide day‑shift coverage at Select Specialty Hospital – St. Louis. This role focuses on caring for patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions within a long‑term acute care and rehabilitation setting.
The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and improve patient outcomes. Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Active RN license
- Experience in LTAC, rehab, or acute care environments preferred

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
