Duties
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries related to estate planning, securities law, tax strategies, wills, trusts, and estate law
- Assist clients with financial sales processes, including onboarding new accounts and explaining investment options
- Support the preparation and review of financial analysis reports, cash management plans, and wealth management strategies
- Maintain accurate client records using customer relationship management (CRM) software and ensure compliance with banking and securities regulations
- Collaborate with advisors to coordinate portfolio management activities and provide updates on investment performance
- Conduct research on financial concepts, asset management trends, and technical accounting standards to inform client recommendations
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Series 65 is required - 63, 66, or 7 certifications in addition is desired
- Clean U4
Qualifications
- Strong listening and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and securities law
- Experience in financial sales, financial analysis, and financial services industry practices
- Proficiency in financial software applications and research tools used in wealth management and asset management
- Solid understanding of tax principles, corporate accounting, public accounting, and technical accounting standards
- Excellent math skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships effectively within banking or investment environments
- Prior experience in investment management, cash management, or portfolio management is highly desirable

Pay: $57,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
