Judith’s Cleaning Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales & Project Estimator to join our growing team. With over 25 years of experience providing professional cleaning, construction cleaning, and property maintenance services throughout Southwest Florida, we have built strong relationships with builders, designers, developers, and homeowners through quality workmanship and dependable service.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in estimating projects, preparing proposals, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine scope of work
- Create detailed, accurate, and competitive estimates for high-value projects
- Prepare professional bids, proposals, and pricing documentation
- Review project requirements and identify labor, materials, and time needs
- Coordinate with builders, designers, developers, and project managers
- Conduct site visits to evaluate projects and gather necessary information
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the estimating process
- Assist with follow-up and project development opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in construction estimating, project estimating, or commercial cleaning estimation preferred
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and project scopes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and clients
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with builders, developers, architects, or designers
- Knowledge of post-construction cleaning processes and requirements
- Experience preparing proposals for large-scale residential or commercial projects
