As a Makeup Artist + Receptionist, you’ll enhance guest confidence through beauty services while also creating a warm, seamless arrival experience that sets the tone for their visit.

- Support booking, check-in, checkout, and guest flow
- Assist with phone, email, and booking platform communication
- Help maintain a calm, organized front-of-house environment
- Support stylists and team members during busy service periods
- Assist with guest transitions and experience continuity
- Help maintain retail presentation and guest areas
- Contribute to social content, events, or guest experience initiatives when needed
- Guests feel seen, heard, comfortable, and confident
- Makeup services feel personalized, modern, and professional

- Valid NY Esthetics or Cosmetology License (if performing makeup services requiring licensure)
- Makeup portfolio (bridal, event, or editorial preferred)
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BEAUTY INDUSTRY OR BEAUTY SALONS
