You will provide hands-on support that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home, including:

Bathing, grooming, dressing, nail and skin care, oral hygiene
-
Assistance with mobility, transfers, and safe use of assistive devices (walker, cane, crutches, etc.)
-
Range of motion exercises and repositioning
-
Toileting support and incontinence care
-
Meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance
-
Emotional support, companionship, and encouragement through conversation and activities
-
Maintaining accurate client records
-
Following all agency policies, safety, and infection control procedures
-
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment:

Light housekeeping (bed linens, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting)
-
Kitchen cleaning (dishes, countertops, floors)
-
Bathroom cleaning (sink, toilet, tub, etc.)
-
Laundry for the client only
-
Grocery shopping and errands
-
Other mutually agreed-upon duties as needed

Requirements:
We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others live their best lives possible.

A genuine passion for serving others and supporting seniors with dignity and care
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Previous experience as an in-home caregiver or in a senior care facility
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
-
CPR certification
-
Negative TB (PPD) test results or chest X-ray
-
Must be 18 years of age or older
-
CNA certification (a plus, but not required)
-
Ability to safely provide personal care and assist with client mobility and supervision needs
-
Sufficient visual, hearing, and physical capacity to perform caregiving duties safely and effectively
