Brand Ambassador – Twister Creek, Inc
A Brand Ambassador serves as a representative of the brand in the market, building relationships, driving product awareness, creating sales opportunities, account support, events, and education. This role works closely with distributors, retail accounts, and internal teams to ensure strong brand representation and consistent market execution. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about creating authentic connections between consumers and our brands.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
· Represent the company and its portfolio professionally in market at all times
· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, bars, restaurants, distributors, and consumers
· Conduct product tastings, samplings, demos, and promotional events
· Educate accounts, sales teams, and consumers on product features, brand story, and key selling points
· Support sales growth through regular account visits and market development activities
· Execute brand programming, promotions, and point-of-sale placement
· Assist with event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown for festivals, trade shows, and community events
· Monitor market conditions and consumer trends
· Work alongside distributor representatives and retail partners to improve visibility and sales performance
· Ensure displays, tap handles, menus, signage, and promotional materials are properly maintained and presented
· Assist with social media content creation and brand engagement opportunities when applicable
· Maintain product knowledge across all company offerings and new releases
· Track event results, market activity, and account interactions through reports and recaps
· Travel regularly for account visits, events, and brand activations
· Support inventory rotations, merchandising efforts, and product launches as needed
· Collaborate on sales/marketing initiatives and opportunities
· Operate independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams
· Uphold all company policies and alcohol compliance regulations
Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with consumers
· Sales, hospitality, beverage, marketing, and/or retails experience preferred
· Ability to lift and transport promotional materials, kegs, cases, or event equipment when necessary
· Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· TAPS Card
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
