Role Description:
The Barista prepares high-quality hot and cold beverages while creating a welcoming, fun, and efficient guest experience. Responsibilities include taking drink orders, preparing espresso drinks, coffee, iced beverages, and specialty drinks to recipe standards, maintaining beverage quality, restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and supporting front-of-house service. This role combines technical drink preparation with genuine guest connection, speed, consistency, and pride in presentation.
Qualifications Desired:
Barista or beverage experience preferred but not required; ability to learn recipes and equipment; strong attention to detail; friendly guest-service skills; ability to multitask during rushes; cleanliness and food-safety awareness.
