Non CDL Drivers
This position entails doing local pickup and delivery of airfreight driving an 18-24’ company box truck. These deliveries include everything from several skids to businesses, residential curbside deliveries, two-man, and time exact time appointments. Our coverage areas include, Chehalis through Blaine, Gig Harbor to Poulsbo, as well as Oak Harbor and Anacortes. We also occasionally do hot shot deliveries to different locations in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho that are outside of our “regular” areas. Shifts available are mornings and evenings, 10 hours 4 days, and 8 hours 5 days per week. Weekend rotation is required for all drivers and occurs about once every 3-4 months (3-4 times a year).
Qualifications and Responsibilities Include:
1. Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
2. Must be at least 23 years of age.
3. Currently be able to work in the United States.
4. Read, write and speak clear English.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Ability to meet D.O.T. medical and drug testing requirements.
7. A clean driving record.
8. Ability to pass a 10-year background check.
9. A willingness to load and off-load vehicle with a forklift and other material handling equipment.
10. Perform dock work.
11. Lift 60 pounds.
12. Flexible work hours. (We will offer a set start time but we cannot guarantee a set off time as situations beyond our control can and will occur)
