Express Employment Professionals Dayton South is now hiring a CNC Machinist in New Lebanon, OH at $20-$26hr. based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Programming & Setup: Interpret blueprints and CAD/CAM models to program, select workholding fixtures, and calibrate cutting tools

Machine Operation: Run CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turns, adjusting feeds, speeds, and depths of cut for optimal efficiency

Quality Assurance: Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) to perform first-article and in-process inspections

Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, replace dull tooling, and modify programs to correct dimensional defects or out-of-tolerance parts

Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and adhere to strict safety protocols regarding high-speed tools and heavy machinery
Required Qualifications & Skills:

4+ years in a production machine shop
-
4+ years' experience setting up lathes and/or mills

Strong analytical thinking skills

Fluent in all inspection tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Bore gauges, etc.)

Fluent in blueprint reading and interpretation

Familiar with basic G&M code programs
