Café General Manager

We’re seeking a full-time Café General Manager to lead our café operations, inspire our team, and drive business growth while creating an outstanding customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to blend leadership, business acumen, and hospitality in a role that makes a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily café operations to meet business objectives and create a welcoming environment
- Monitor store performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety, food handling, and wage regulations
Staff Management
- Hire, train, mentor, and schedule baristas and café staff
- Foster a positive team culture through coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Build strong relationships with team members to support engagement and retention
Financial & Inventory Management
- Manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement cost control strategies
- Order and maintain necessary supplies for smooth daily operations
Customer Service & Marketing
- Ensure excellent customer experiences and professionally resolve complaints
- Develop marketing and community outreach initiatives to drive engagement and sales
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or 5+ years of management experience in food and hospitality
- Proven leadership experience with staff development and team performance management
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Financial management knowledge, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and web-based systems

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours/week | Monday–Saturday
Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or operational needs.
