ERG is seeking a Neighborhood Marketing Leader to guide and motivate their own crew of marketers in the field. Previous experience with setting in-home sales presentations is strongly preferred, and door-to-door sales or marketing experience is essential. We are a highly-rated remodeling company that specializes in energy efficient home improvements. We provide shop-at-home project planning to our clients with an exclusive line of eco-friendly products including windows, attic insulation, entry systems, and roofing.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example through effectively setting appointments and meeting personal quotas
- Visit our customers after projects are completed to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals and collect reviews
- Mentor recruits and develop them into top producers
- Ensure that all marketers are consistently and properly utilizing company authorized scripts
- Coordinate and transport your team from the office to the assigned territory and back each day.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
