Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
-Answering Multi-Line phone
-Greeting Vendors/Employees/Customers
-Filing
-Data Entry
-Receiving packages
-Support – enter Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and email P.O. requests to appropriate vendors
-Support – data entry support for Office Manager – scan, save, enter data to Excel and W-Drive
-Other tasks as required
Skills:
-Minimum 2 years experience in office setting
-Microsoft Office Suite experience – Preferred Intermediate Experience
-QuickBooks is a plus
-Professional – Business Casual
-Able to Multi-task, must have excellent Organizational Skills, Time Management Skills, Communication Skills
-Highschool Diploma
