Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and billing transactions accurately
- Manage account balances and billing records
- Communicate with clients regarding billing questions and payment inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation
- Work closely with customer service and insurance teams
- Assist with general administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer and data-entry skills, experience in excel is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in billing, office administration, customer service, insurance, or accounting is preferred but not required
- Willing to train the right candidate
