Samer K Riad Dentistry PLLC is looking for a registered dental hygienist that is empathetic, loves to come to work, and want to be a positive impactful team player style. - We don't put our hygienist(s) on an island and tell them book their schedule.
- We operate as a unit from front desk to clinical to walk-out.
- Our hygienist(s) do not have to punch out when they don't have a patient (as long as there is other necessary work to be done).
- We value the patient experience, and hygienist(s) stressed out about production, or chair time, and bonus(es) detracts from that experience and honest, productive conversation(s).

- Good verbal communication with patients and team.
The requirements + duties:
- Dental experience [1 years or more preferred, but new coming out of school is fine too!]
- Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is a plus, but not required.
- Obtain medical histories.
- Administer local anesthetics for hygiene procedures as directed by dentist
- Comprehensive charting, as well as Perio charting [as needed]
- Accurate communication notations in electronic format
- Perform basic hygiene procedures, topical fluoride sealant application, as well as scaling and root planning,
- Explain oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling
- Breakdown hygiene room following accepted infection control standards
- Clean hygiene instruments
- Set up treatment rooms for next patients
