Vehicle Delivery Specialist – Empire Mazda of Green Brook
Empire Mazda of Green Brook is seeking a customer‑focused Vehicle Delivery Specialist to ensure every buyer receives an exceptional delivery experience. This role supports our Sales and Service teams by preparing vehicles, educating customers, and ensuring a smooth transition into ownership.

How You’ll Create an Exceptional Dealership Experience

Inspect vehicles for accuracy, condition, and missing items before delivery.

Manage and prioritize daily vehicle deliveries with the Sales Department.

Deliver vehicles and review key features, warranty details, and required paperwork with customers.

Train customers on technology features including phone pairing, navigation, garage door openers, and key fobs.

Introduce customers to the Service Department and assist with scheduling their first service visit.

Complete post‑delivery follow‑ups, including tag/title work and special customer requests.

Address customer questions and concerns professionally and in line with dealership standards.

Support Sales and Management in building long‑term customer relationships.

Maintain clean, organized delivery areas, showroom spaces, and lot.

Perform additional tasks as needed to support dealership operations.
Your Strengths in This Role

3+ years of customer service, sales, or automotive experience (or an equivalent combination).

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be 18+ to operate vehicles.
