We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and high-quality Part-Time Handyman / Maintenance Technician to support a private executive property in Mulberry, FL. This is a casual, as-needed role with flexible hours.
We are specifically looking for someone who takes pride in thorough, clean, professional work and does not cut corners.
Hours: Approximately 2–10 hours per week, scheduled as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- General handyman work throughout the property
- Painting (interior and exterior touch-ups)
- Light drywall repair and finishing
- Furniture and equipment assembly
- Basic equipment maintenance
- Cleaning and pressure washing
- Organizing and general upkeep
- Minor plumbing and electrical tasks (non-licensed level only)
- Other general maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in general contracting, handyman work, or property maintenance preferred
- Extremely detail-oriented with high standards for quality of work
- Takes pride in doing thorough, clean, and professional work
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Flexible schedule and good communication
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Clean, professional, and respectful when working on a private property
