Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Team Member to support our ecommerce order fulfillment operations. This role reports to the Fulfillment Team Lead and Warehouse Manager and is responsible for the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, works well in a team environment, and can maintain consistent productivity in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM with optional overtime possible during the holiday season.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company fulfillment guidelines. This is 85% of the job.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and maintaining organized product storage.
- Shipping & Receiving: Unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments; ensure outgoing packages are properly labeled and ready for carrier pickup.
- Quality Control: Verify order accuracy and product condition before dispatch; flag discrepancies to the team lead.
- Workflow Organization: Keep the fulfillment area, shelves, and workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and stretch wrap machines as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce fulfillment or small parcel warehouse operations.
- Technical Skills: 1 year experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) for ecommerce fulfillment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the day.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay accurate under volume.
- Team Player: Reliable, communicative, and able to take direction and work collaboratively.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
