As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in both shipping/receiving and hands-on manufacturing operations. This position offers a unique schedule of four 10-hour days (MondayThursday, 6:00am4:30pm), providing a three-day weekend every week. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both computers and manufacturing equipment. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing shipments and receiving inventory. Shipping and receiving duties will vary between 2-10 hours seasonally, remainder of work hours will be spent performing other duties.

Operate a variety of machines and equipment.

Assemble components according to specifications and ensure proper labeling of products.

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.

Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.

Read and interpret sales orders, production orders, and quality check sheets.

Pack products and parts according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.

Provide courteous assistance to visitors and vendors, notifying appropriate staff of deliveries or pickups.

Assist in other departments and perform daily housekeeping duties as needed.
