Get paid to travel all over the United States!
Timberbuilt is a timber frame company based out of North Collins and we're looking for several people to join our field crew. As part of the field crew you'll travel all over the United States (to some really gorgeous locations) and build awesome timber frame homes.
We have openings for people without any construction experience, as well as an opening for someone with carpentry, stick framing & leadership experience. Pay is commensurate with your experience.
Job Description
You'll be gone for ~2 weeks at a time to places like Montana, Colorado, West Virginia, Arizona, Maine, etc. We use heavy equipment, ladders, impact drivers, sledge hammers and other tools to assemble the timber frame shell. You must be OK working on a ladder and not scared of heights.
Timberbuilt will take care of all of your travel arrangements, you just have to get to the airport on time.
Who we're looking for
- Athletic people who are good with working on their feet all day
- Ability to thrive under weather conditions in mountains, desert, snow, and rain
- Not afraid of heights
- Construction experience / experience working with power tools
- Looking forward to getting paid to travel
- This is a travel job but we can only hire people local to the Buffalo, NY. When our carpenters aren't on the job site they're working at our shop in North Collins (14111)
