As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facility's equipment, systems, and grounds. Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly

Respond to resident and staff requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance or a related field (n/a)

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
