Key Qualifications:
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 (Learning Behavior Specialist I) endorsement required
- Experience providing special education services in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver special education support in a resource classroom setting for middle school students
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers to ensure students’ needs are addressed in all academic settings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation related to special education services
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, providing guidance and support throughout the school year

- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 32.5–35 hours per week
