Kiss Your Baby Sooner is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help grow our online presence and create meaningful content for women navigating IVF and fertility treatment.
This is a part-time, remote role for someone who can combine strong content strategy with hands-on creation. You should be comfortable turning ideas, educational information, raw video footage, and transcripts into compelling short-form content that connects with our audience and supports business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a clear social media content strategy
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics, captions, and Stories
- Turn raw footage, transcripts, and educational content into polished, engaging posts
- Repurpose content across relevant social media platforms
- Write captions and hooks that educate, connect, and encourage action
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style
- Plan and organize the content calendar
- Schedule and publish approved content
- Review performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Identify content trends and opportunities while keeping the brand’s message authentic
- Collaborate with the team and manage assignments and deadlines through Asana
- Recommend when content should be revised, re-recorded, or presented differently for stronger results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating and managing social media content for a brand, entrepreneur, coach, educator, or service-based business
- Strong short-form video editing and storytelling skills
- Experience with Instagram content, including Reels, Stories, and carousels
- Strong writing skills, including captions, hooks, and calls to action
- Ability to think strategically rather than simply follow editing instructions
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
- Compassion and sensitivity when creating content related to fertility and IVF
- Candidates based in the Los Angeles area are preferred, especially those available for occasional in-person collaboration.
Preferred Tools and Experience
- Canva
- CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Instagram
- Social media scheduling tools
- Asana or similar project-management software
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and audience growth
Experience in fertility, women’s health, wellness, education, or coaching is helpful but not required.
Position Details
- Part-time
- Remote; Los Angeles-area candidates preferred.
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week
- Pay range: $25–$35 per hour
- Flexible schedule, with availability to meet deadlines and communicate with the team
