NOW HIRING: TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION CREW MEMBER
$15-$22/hour depending on experience and ability + Industry-Leading Per Diem
Coastal Haven Commercial is expanding our traveling construction teams and looking for hardworking individuals who want to build a career in commercial construction. We perform retail remodels, renovations, refreshes, and fixture installations for major national retail brands across the United States.
This is a 100% nationwide travel position. Candidates must be comfortable traveling extensively, staying away from home for extended periods when projects require it, and working nights or overnight shifts based on customer schedules.
What You'll Do
- Retail fixture and shelving installation
- Gondola installation, relocation, and removal
- Light carpentry
- Ceiling tile and grid work
- Painting and wall repairs
- FRP and cove base installation
- Light demolition
- Signage and graphics
- Material handling
- Punch-list work
- General commercial remodeling
Our Ideal Candidate
- Previous commercial construction or retail remodeling experience is preferred
- Low-voltage experience is highly valued and considered a major plus
- Experience with tools, fixtures, carpentry, or general construction
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning new scopes of work
- Works with a sense of urgency and does not need to be constantly pushed
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Dependable and shows up ready to work
- Takes direction well and works effectively as part of a crew
- Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working nights and overnight shifts
- Willing and able to travel 100% nationwide
- Wants an opportunity to learn, advance, and take on additional responsibility
