Position Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The role involves delivering compassionate and efficient healthcare services, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Position Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.

Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Provide basic patient care, including wound care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.

Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the planning of care strategies.

Assist in emergency situations, providing prompt and effective care.

Support the healthcare team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
Required Education:

Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.

Current and valid Vocational Nurse license in the state of employment.
Required Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.

Experience in providing direct patient care and managing patient records.

Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
