Duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person interactions
- Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and support sales efforts through client outreach and engagement
- Assist in coordinating project management activities to ensure timely delivery of client solutions and services
- Support marketing initiatives by communicating product updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients
- Analyze client feedback and account data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and service requests to ensure transparency and accountability
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or account management within financial services or SaaS (Software as a Service) industries
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools to coordinate multiple client projects effectively
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data for insights that enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques within a SaaS or financial services context is highly desirable
- Prior experience supporting marketing initiatives or conducting analysis to inform strategic decisions
