Title: Data Center Operations Manager
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations or similar technical environments
Bachelor's degree in InformationTtechnology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR
Advanced certifications (e.g. Data Center Certified Associate, Certified Data Center Professional) preferred
Technical Skills:
Data center infrastructure and network technologies
Data center management tools and software
Capacity / performance planning and lifecycle management
Maintain architecture diagrams, rack elevations, and network maps
Leadership and organizational skills:
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with industry and compliance standards and federal security requirements (e.g., FISMA/NIST, DOJ/USAO policies)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Strong written and verbal communication skillsHVAC, UPS, and power distribution systems
Network and server hardware
Applicants must currently live in the Columbia, South Carolina area. Ones who require relocation will not be considered.
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
