Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about building relationships? We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator to help expand our presence in the community and strengthen relationships with referring dental offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, marketing, and creating exceptional experiences for patients and professional partners. No orthodontic experience is required—we are happy to train the right individual who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Represent and promote our orthodontic practices throughout the community
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective referring dentists
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for patients and partners
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional items
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
- Monitor and adhere to the established marketing budget
- Serve as a professional ambassador for our practices

Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Reliable transportation skills and willingness to travel between locations as needed
- Marketing, public relations, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Ability to Relocate:
- Huntington Park, CA 90255: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
