We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Powder Paint Sprayer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Apply powder coating consistently and accurately to parts and components
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Load and unload powder paint materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform repetitive production tasks efficiently
- Assist with other duties and workstations as needed to support production requirements
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 1 year of powder coating or powder painting experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience operating powder coating equipment and powder guns
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Over time as needed
Preferred
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
