Responsibilities
- Provide expert hair styling, camo. coloring, and hair care treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Perform precision barbering services including straight razor shaves and hair cutting to deliver polished looks.e.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and ensuring shop hygiene.
- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking.
- Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products like hair care items and nail care products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Mentor junior stylists and cosmetologists, sharing techniques in color theory, advanced styling, and customer service excellence.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment bookings, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries professionally.
- Support store management by assisting with inventory control, retail math calculations, and sales goals achievement.
Qualifications
- Valid barber/cosmetology license with experience working in the preferred industry.
- Proficiency in salon software apps. for scheduling and retail management.
- Skilled in hair barbering techniques including straight razor shaves.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
- Experience in store management tasks such as retail sales upselling and retail math calculations is preferred.
- Ability to mentor team members while maintaining a positive attitude that energizes the salon atmosphere.

Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per week
