Duties
- Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize repair, maintenance, and project work
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and routine facility inspections
- Support, train, and direct maintenance technicians to ensure efficient department operations
- Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure
- Track work orders, repairs, maintenance schedules, and department activities
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
- Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments regarding maintenance needs and projects
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and best practices
- Maintain high property standards to ensure a safe and positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to changing needs
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or mechanical systems preferred
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs

Schedule
Full-time. Schedule may vary based on department needs, projects, weekends, and emergency maintenance situations.
