Overview
Atlanta area OB/GYN practice seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of a growing, multi-provider OB/GYN practice with three office locations. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient clinical and administrative operations while partnering closely with physicians, corporate leadership, and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Leadership & Operations
- Oversee daily operations of three office locations.
- Supervise front office, clinical, and administrative staff.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop employees.
- Address employee performance, attendance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and cross-training across departments.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture.
Physician Support
- Serve as the primary operational resource for physicians.
- Collaborate with providers to improve workflows and patient access.
- Assist with implementing new services, providers, and operational initiatives.
- Balance provider preferences while maintaining standardized practice operations whenever possible.
- Onboarding new providers
- Ongoing marketing to facilitate continued patient volume.
Revenue Cycle & Financial Operations
- Monitor practice productivity and operational performance.
- Assist with billing, collections, patient balances, and financial workflows.
- Review refunds, payment plans, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with corporate billing departments and vendors as needed.
- Monitor purchasing, inventory, and office expenses.
Compliance & Quality
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure regulatory readiness and assist with audits.
- Oversee documentation quality and operational consistency.
Workflow Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Develop standardized workflows across multiple providers while recognizing specialty-specific needs.
- Maintain operational guides, training materials, and reference documents.
- Lead implementation of new processes and technology.
Patient Experience
- Resolve patient concerns and service recovery situations.
- Monitor scheduling efficiency and patient access.
- Support front office operations during periods of high volume.
- Promote exceptional customer service throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in Practice management.
- Multi-site practice management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of physician practice operations, scheduling, billing, insurance, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience supervising clinical and administrative teams.

Work Environment
This position supports operations across three office locations and requires flexibility to meet the operational needs of the practice. Early morning, evening, or emergency support is required as needed.

Pay: $78,684.71 - $87,239.11 per year
