Job Description:
The Technology Change Manager will lead change for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives (tools, data, AI). This role owns the end-to-end ADKAR lifecycle and ensures successful adoption of new ways of working by connecting change efforts to business outcomes and future-state goals.
What Will You Be Doing?
Key Responsibilities:
Change Planning & Execution (ADKAR)

Own full ADKAR lifecycle: impact, risk, communications, training, adoption

Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
-
Identify risks/resistance and execute mitigation plans
-
Own training strategy and deliverables (course outlines, curriculum, and training documentation)
-
Deliver all change artifacts (comms, stakeholder plans, adoption tracking)
Agile Delivery Integration
Align change work to Agile lifecycle (design build test release
- adoption)

Embed change activities into project plans and sprint cycles
-
Partner closely with product, tech, and project teams
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

Clearly articulate the “why” behind changes
-
Build alignment across business + technology stakeholders
-
Translate complex topics into clear, executive-ready storytelling (e.g., PPTs, comms)

Drive engagement and buy-in at all levels
Strategic Thinking & Business Alignment

Connect change efforts to business outcomes, operating model, and future state

Identify adoption risks and influence solution/design improvements
-
Monitor adoption metrics and adjust plans to improve outcomes
Leadership & Influence

Coach leaders and teams through change
-
Influence without authority across cross-functional teams

Act as a trusted partner to both technologists and functional leaders
What Do You Need to Bring?
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Minimum 3 years of change management experience (non-negotiable)

Proven experience executing end-to-end change (ADKAR or similar)

Strong communication and executive storytelling skills

Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across stakeholders

Experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation initiatives

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
-
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)

Experience working in Agile / product delivery environments

Exposure to large-scale digital, data, or AI transformations
