Sort Team Manager – Evening Shift
RC Engine Service (Sort & Rework Division) – supporting Volvo Plant, Hagerstown, MD
Location & Schedule
- Based in Hagerstown, MD at 13302 Pennsylvania Avenue Hagerstown, MD 21742
- Full‑time evening shift: 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Work primarily at the Volvo Plant in Hagerstown, Maryland, as part of RC Engine Service’s dedicated Sort and Rework Division.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage sort operations, oversee teams that perform sorting and rework on engine components destined for Volvo.
- Provide direction, coaching, and motivation for sort team members.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, tracking repair status, inventory, and quality metrics.
- Regular interaction with employees and external contacts to support sorting efficiency and communication.
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workspace.
- Take initiative and solve problems that arise.

- The team routinely handles high-impact sorting tasks to ensure timely flow of parts and components to Volvo assembly lines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
