The Role: Sales Desk Coordinator (part-time, ~25 hours/week, including Fridays & Saturdays)
Pay: $15 hr + monthly performance bonus

You set the tone for every guest's entire visit — the warmth they feel walking in, the confidence they leave with. You're the one who turns a one-time client into a regular by rebooking them before they walk out the door. You make sure every guest leaves with the products and services that keep their hair looking the way it did when they left our chair — which means they get better results and our stylists' work lasts. You protect the flow of the whole day so our team can focus on what they do best. When you're great at this, the clients feel it, the stylists feel it, and the business grows because of you.
Who you are:
A people person who's genuinely warm and reads the room well. Organized and calm when it's busy. Comfortable recommending and selling because you believe in it. Reliable — the team can count on you to show up and own your space.
