U.S. Polo Assn. is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Floor Supervisor/Keyholder to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into retail management while making a direct impact on the success of the store.
As a Floor Supervisor/Keyholder, you will partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead the sales team, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supervise the sales floor and provide coaching and support to Sales Associates.
- Drive sales by engaging customers and identifying opportunities to maximize results.
- Open and close the store while following company procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Execute markdowns, price changes, merchandising updates, and promotional displays.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention initiatives.
- Complete operational tasks accurately and on time.
- Delegate responsibilities, motivate associates, and help develop team members.
- Ensure company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience required.
- Previous leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude with a passion for leading and developing others.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
