Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and quality. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to ensure consistency and quality across all outlets
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee food safety management practices, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations to maintain a safe environment
- Coordinate with culinary teams on menu planning, food production, and catering services to meet guest expectations
- Supervise staff performance, provide training on hospitality standards, and promote teamwork within the hospitality management framework
- Oversee customer service delivery to ensure guest satisfaction and handle any issues promptly with professionalism
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency
Experience
- Proven management experience in food service management or restaurant management roles with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive culinary experience including cooking, food preparation, and kitchen management
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on food safety procedures and sanitation standards
- Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams within busy restaurant or catering environments
- Familiarity with food industry regulations, dietary considerations, banquet experience, and catering operations
- Experience with POS systems and food service technology tools to streamline operations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive dining atmosphere

Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
