Responsibilities
- Safely operate limousine vehicles, ensuring passenger safety and comfort during all trips.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, local driving routes, and company policies to guarantee safe transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their baggage, addressing inquiries politely, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize GPS navigation and advanced navigation software to plan efficient routes and adapt to real-time traffic conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle through regular checks and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding pick-up times, destinations, and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with passenger boarding and disembarking, especially for clients with mobility needs or special accommodations.
- Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities for record-keeping purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, involving luxury or specialized vehicles such as limousines or buses.
- Strong knowledge of navigation systems, GPS devices, and navigation software used in professional driving contexts.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and mechanical knowledge to identify basic issues promptly.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to traffic laws and prioritize passenger safety at all times.
- Excellent customer service skills with experience in hospitality or client-facing roles that require clear communication and professionalism.
- Experience handling passenger baggage assistance and managing local driving routes efficiently.
- Previous roles involving chauffeur driving, school bus driving, box truck operation, or similar positions that demand responsible vehicle operation.
