Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, overseeing all financial operations and driving initiatives that support long-term growth and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial structures in a dynamic environment.
Construction Industry experience required.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Oversee all accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements.

Lead risk management initiatives and maintain robust internal controls.

Partner with leadership on strategic planning, mergers/acquisitions, and growth opportunities.

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial management role.

Construction Industry experience required

Strong knowledge of construction or project-based accounting is highly desirable.

Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and provide strategic guidance.
